Has it ever happened to you? I guess so.
The stress levels are up, the deadlines and responsibilities too, and you are somewhere in the middle searching for your inner peace. All of this pressure is the reason you cannot focus and complete your tasks. Our mental health is also important though. The key to find and keep the balance between our job and emotional situation is to transform our workplace into a place where we can work and relax at the same time. In this post, you will find out that this is more than possible. Have you ever thought of transforming your office into a spa?
5 TIPS TO TRANSFORM YOUR OFFICE INTO A SPA
#1. CLEAN UP YOUR PLACE
Clean office = clean mind. You can’t doubt that. You may have noticed that when the office is clean and organised, you are more focused. It’s true. We don’t want a thousand of post-it notes, messy papers and a dirty desk in our life, so you’d better take a look around you before you get started. A clean desk is the first step to make yourself comfortable and relaxed while working. You can also, collect any big, distinct object and put it in your drawer, so it won’t distract you. In this way, you will be able to concentrate on specific goals and fulfil them easily.
*Some travel-inspired pieces are also recommended for you that you never want to stop travelling (mentally and physically)!
#2. LET THE ZEN MUSIC PLAY
The best you have to do in order to feel the sense of these oils, is to have some scented candles in your office. Besides, it is proved that essential oils boost your immune system, help the blood flow and your digestion. Of course, I do know that you may not work alone, in this case the best solution is to use a stick with these oils and “paint” your wrist or neck with a mini roll. You will always have a beautiful and relaxing smell on you!
